1°) Availabilities :

2°) Pets:
Pets are prohibited in all accommodation between June 15th and September
15th.
3°) Booking Confirmation :
A reservation is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation
from Camping Oyam management of their receipt of both a down payment of
25% of the total amount plus 15 Euros reservation fee and the booking
form completed and signed.
Bookings are non transferable.
4°) Payment :
The remaining amount of the payment is to be paid upon arrival as well
as a deposit of 150 Euros (300 Euros for the apartments) which will be refunded entirely provided the
accommodation is left with no breakages. An additional 40 Euros could be
retained in case of improper cleanning by the tennant.
5°) Late Arrival/Early Departure :
No refund will be given for an early departure or a late arrival.
6°) Cancellation :
There is a ten day cancellation period starting upon the date of receipt
of the contract and down payment after which, only the bookings for
which a cancellation garantee has been subscribed will be reimbursed.
In any other case, the full amount of the stay will have to be paid by
the previously booked arrival date at the latest.
Cancellation guarantee :
-Price: 2 euros per night, it is payable in full and solely at the
time of the booking. It comes in addition to the amount of the
downpayment and covers the persons listed in for the stay on the
booking form.
-The cancellation cover takes care of reimbursing the amounts
already paid up to the cancellation date providing it happens
between the booking and the registered arrival date at the campsite,
for an event not known or unforeseeable at the time of the booking.
Sums not reimbursed: reservation fees 15 euros and cancellation
garantee fees.
-To be eligible, the cancellation has to be notified by registered
mail with post receipt at the latest three days after the event
causing the cancellation. The exhaustive list of events covered by
this guarantee is detailed hereunder. Every request must be
accompanied with all supporting documents accurate and indisputable.
1°) Death, serious physical accident or serious illness to
husband or wife, their parents or children, or their brothers or
sisters.
2°) Redundancy of yourself or of your partner
3°) Move due to work transfer
4°) Damages to your main home due to fire, water damage, house
damage due to robbery or vandalism, storm, natural catastrophe.
The cancellation cover ends as soon as the rental starts and would
not have any effect if any of the above listed events would occur
during the stay.
7°) Late Arrival :
Without prior notice from the customer regarding delayed arrival, the
accommodation becomes available for renting to any potential customer 24
hours after the original date of arrival. The total cost for the rental
remains due to Camping Oyam.
8°) Local Tax:
0,50 Euro per person aged 10 or more per night
0.70 Euro per person aged 10 or more per night in the residence
9°) Heating :
With the exception of July and August, the option of heating is
available in the chalets and mobile homes at an additional cost of 30
Euros per week.
Stated tariffs include heating for the months of October to May
inclusive.
10°) Occupancy :
The number of people staying in any accommodation is to comply with each
respective description.
11°) Translate error : This English version of the "Renting terms and conditions" is
a translation of the French original. To the best of our knowledge, it
is correct and acurate. However, in the event of litigation, the French
version alone will be the ruling document.
