BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
1°) A minimum stay of 14 nights is required in order to
apply for a booking.
2°) Paiment for the whole stay will be payable upon
arrival, after visiting and accepting the reserved site. No refund
will be made for early departure or late arrival.
3°) Booking confirmation: a reservation is not confirmed
untill you receive written
confirmation from Camping Oyam management
of their receipt of both a down paiment of 60 euros plus 15 euros of
reservation fee and the booking form completed and signed. Bookings
are non transferable.
4°) In the event of a justified hitch, and providing the
camping Oyam is informed at least 30 days prior to the registered
arrival date, the booking may be cancelled. A refund of the down
paiment will be made, minus reservation fees and refunding costs.
5°) In case of delayed arrival, and without notice from
the camper, the booking will be automatically cancelled, and the
reserved site will become available the day after the registered
date at 2 PM. No refund will be made.
6°) Management can stop registering bookings at any
given time and without notice. Management reserves the right of
accepting or not a reservation without having to justify.
7°) Any litigation will be subject to the laws of the
court of Bayonne.
8°) Local tax: 0,50 € per person aged 10 or above
per night.
9°) This english version of the "Booking terms and
conditions" is a translation of the french original. To the best of
our knowledge, it is faithfull and acurate. Would there be any
litigation, the reference remains the french version.
