Only good things to be tasted!
Local Basque cuisine is celebrated at the Oyam café. The chef will offer you hake, axoa, xipirons, all of which are specialities of the southwest. The richness of the sea offers Basque fishermen beautiful resources and the local markets are overflowing with fish stalls for gourmets. Lamb meat is renowned for its finesse and sheep’s milk is available in the form of many cheeses (ardi gasna in Basque).

The Basque country has 7 provinces that have spread to France with Labourd, Soule, Baja Navarra and Spain with Navarra, Alava, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa. The campsite is located in Labourd, which extends from Hendaye to Anglet and whose former capital became the city of Bayonne
