2- Prices:<\/strong><\/p>\n The prices shown are guaranteed until December 31, 2026. 3- Final reservation:<\/strong><\/p>\n The reservation is final after:<\/p>\n -Receipt of the completed, dated, signed booking contract or acceptance of the general booking conditions at the time of booking on our website. The payment of a deposit does not constitute a guarantee of reservation. The campsite reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the booking form has not been received within the specified timeframe.<\/p>\n All reservations are nominative and non-transferable.<\/p>\n 4- Payment for the stay, deposit and supplements:<\/strong><\/p>\n The balance of the rental must be paid no later than 30 days before your arrival date. For any booking made less than 30 days before the arrival date, the full amount of the stay will be due at the time of booking.<\/p>\n A \u20ac300 cleaning\/damage deposit will be required before arrival (this does not apply to bare pitches). This deposit must be paid by check before arrival or online by credit card (pre-authorization required). A payment link will be sent by email before your stay.<\/p>\n It will be returned 48 hours after the end of the stay, less any deductions for cleaning costs. A \u20ac100 fee will be charged if the cleaning has been done inadequately.<\/p>\n A \u20ac100 damage\/cleaning deposit will be required for Premium\/Luxury pitches.<\/p>\n The campsite offers the option to add the following extras to the booking:<\/p>\n \u2013 Bed linen rental (by reservation): \u20ac15 per bed. Regarding the "preferred location" supplement, you can select your preferred accommodation or let us know if you would like to be placed near another person or family. In the latter case, the preferred location service will be charged on each of the reservations concerned. The establishment will do its best to accommodate this request, subject to availability at the time of booking.<\/p>\n If it is impossible to fulfill the client's request, the client will be informed. The service in question may then, if applicable, be cancelled and\/or refunded.<\/p>\n The campsite also reserves the right to change the initially assigned pitch, particularly in the event of a technical problem, operational constraint, or any other circumstance requiring a change of location. In this case, the client will be informed, and the affected service may be cancelled and\/or refunded.<\/p>\n If you have not subscribed to the "Location Preference" service, the accommodation number will be assigned randomly at the time of booking.<\/p>\n 5- Change of stay:<\/strong><\/p>\n You have the option to modify your stay up to 14 days before arrival, subject to availability, possibilities and the current rate. Requests made by telephone will not be considered.<\/p>\n Upon receipt of the cancellation email, the campsite reserves the right to re-let the accommodation.<\/p>\n Stays booked during the Early Booking offer can be cancelled free of charge until January 10, 2027 inclusive.<\/p>\n You have a 10-day cancellation period from the day we receive your booking request for any booking made between January 11, 2027 and May 31, 2027.<\/p>\n In any other case, the full amount of the stay must be paid 30 days before the date initially planned for your arrival.<\/p>\n Cancellation insurance, "Campez Couvert," equivalent to 4.5 times the total cost of the stay, is offered at the time of booking and must be purchased at the same time as the deposit payment (see conditions in the appendix). \nEach campsite reserves the right to change its prices at any time beyond the date indicated.
\nOffers and promotions are not retroactive and cannot be combined with each other.
\nStays will be charged based on the rates in effect on the day of booking, subject to availability.

\nAfter this period, if we have not received payment, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and demand payment of the outstanding balance, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.<\/p>\n\n
