General terms and conditions for renting a camping\/caravanning pitch at Camping Oyam 2026 (as of 01\/10\/2025)<\/h1>\n

1- Availability<\/strong> :<\/p>\n

Contact us by phone to be informed of available rental periods.<\/p>\n

2- Prices:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The prices shown are guaranteed until December 31, 2025.
\nEach campsite reserves the right to change its prices at any time beyond the date indicated.
\nOffers and promotions are not retroactive and cannot be combined with each other.
\nStays will be charged based on the rates in effect on the day of booking, subject to availability.
\nIt is advisable to check the applicable rate by contacting the campsite directly.<\/p>\n

3- Final reservation:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The reservation is final after:
\n\u2013 Receipt of the completed, dated, and signed reservation contract
\n\u2013 Receipt of the deposit payment equivalent to 25 % of the total amount of the stay and booking fees (\u20ac25 in July\/August and \u20ac15 outside July\/August)
\n\u2013 Written confirmation from the campsite.<\/p>\n

The mere payment of a deposit does not in any way constitute a guarantee of reservation.<\/p>\n

All reservations are nominative and non-transferable.<\/p>\n

4- Payment for the stay and security deposit:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The balance of the rental must be paid no later than 30 days before your arrival date.<\/p>\n

After this period, if we have not received payment, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and demand payment of the outstanding balance, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
\nFor any booking made less than 30 days before the arrival date, the entire amount of
\nThe stay will be due at the time of booking.
\nA \u20ac100 damage\/cleaning deposit will be required for Premium\/Luxury pitches.<\/p>\n

5- Cancellation:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rest assured, if you need to cancel, here's how we'll help you.
\nAll cancellation requests must be made by email to the following address: oyam@campaldia.com
\nIt must be done in writing. Requests made by telephone will not be considered.
\nFollowing receipt of the cancellation, the campsite reserves the right to make the pitch available for rent again.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Cancellation fees:<\/strong><\/p>\n

You have a 10-day cancellation period from the day we receive your booking request for any booking made between October 1, 2025 and May 31, 2026.<\/p>\n

In any other case, the full amount of the stay must be paid 30 days before the date initially planned for your arrival.<\/p>\n

Cancellation insurance, "Campez Couvert," equivalent to 4.5 times the total cost of the stay, is offered at the time of booking and must be purchased at the same time as the deposit payment (see conditions in the appendix). This insurance cannot be added later.<\/p>\n

Reservation fees will be charged.<\/p>\n

o You have not purchased cancellation insurance:<\/strong><\/p>\n

In case of cancellation before arrival for any reason whatsoever, the following cancellation fees apply:<\/p>\n

\u2013 Cancellation received more than 60 days before arrival: 25% of the total amount of the stay is due by the client.
\n\u2013 Cancellation received between 59 days and 29 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount of the stay is due by the client.
\n\u2013 Cancellation received between 28 days and 3 days before arrival: 90% of the total amount of the stay is due by the client.
\n\u2013 Cancellation received between 2 days and the day of arrival: 100% of the total amount of the stay is due by the client.<\/p>\n

The percentage retained is determined upon receipt of the cancellation email.<\/p>\n

o You have purchased cancellation insurance:<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you purchased cancellation insurance, the above cancellation fees apply. The cancellation invoice will be sent upon receipt of any outstanding balance.<\/p>\n

6- Change of stay:<\/strong><\/p>\n

You have the option to modify your stay up to 14 days before arrival, subject to availability, possibilities and the current rate.<\/p>\n

If the cost of the new stay is less than the cost of the original booking, no refund of the difference will be issued. Conversely, if the cost of the new stay is higher, the difference will be charged.<\/p>\n

Beyond this period, the stay can no longer be modified.<\/p>\n

7- Late arrival \u2013 Early departure:<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the absence of any notification from the client indicating a justified delay in their arrival, the pitch will become available again at 10:00 AM the day after the arrival date specified in the contract, and the full amount of the stay will be due. No refund will be issued.<\/p>\n

No refund for early departures is possible once a stay has commenced.<\/p>\n

8- Tourist tax (rate subject to change)<\/strong><\/p>\n

The price is displayed on each campsite's website and in each establishment according to the amount and conditions set by the municipality.<\/p>\n

9- Occupancy of the rented plot:<\/strong><\/p>\n

It must conform to the capacities stated in the description for the standard rate. If the customer arrives with one or more additional people, the campsite manager reserves the right to refuse access without compensation.<\/p>\n

10-Animals:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our animal friends are accepted with the exception of those classified in category 1 and 2.
\nAn additional fee will be charged (\u20ac5 per animal per night).
\nThey must be tattooed, up-to-date on their vaccinations, and have their current health record. They must never be left alone in the accommodation without their owner present and must be kept on a leash at all times. They are not allowed in public areas (swimming pool, sanitary facilities, etc.).<\/p>\n

11-Bracelet:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Wearing the bracelet is mandatory.<\/p>\n

12- Internal Regulations:<\/strong><\/p>\n

All customers are required to comply with the establishment's internal regulations.<\/p>\n

13- Services \u2013 Activities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Depending on the health situation, the government may modify health guidelines during the year, which could lead us to change the content of certain services or activities. These changes cannot, under any circumstances, be grounds for requests for price reductions or refunds, even partial, of payments made.<\/p>\n

14- Dispute:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Any dissatisfaction regarding the cleanliness or general condition of the accommodation must be reported before 12:00 PM the day after arrival. No complaints will be accepted after this time.
\nForeign language versions are translations that are as faithful as possible to the French version. However, in case of conflict, only the French version shall prevail.<\/p>\n

Oyam Camping Mediator: Send a letter by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt to "Camping Oyam" at 343 rue Oyamburua 64210 Bidart.<\/p>\n

In accordance with Article L. 152-1 of the Consumer Code, the user may use the mediation service free of charge within a maximum period of one year from the date of written complaint, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, to the operator.<\/p>\n
