Sand, salt water, pool water, sun, caps, wind, all the aggressions your hair undergoes on vacation at the beach.<\/p>\n

The skin does not resist UV rays without sunscreen, I have just discovered (me, a man with short hair who is not very concerned about damaged ends after a surfing session) that hair must also receive anti-UV treatments and other care creams during this period of exposure of our hair to the elements.<\/p>\n

Jokes aside, it is wise to prepare your hair before coming to the beach, some people take food supplements a few weeks before the vacation (I do not comment on this idea)<\/p>\n

In any case, you can protect them at the beach, for example by using coconut oil (with UV index) or special hair sun creams, they exist.<\/p>\n

Do not use your usual Mono\u00ef which would burn your hair because it does not provide any protection.<\/p>\n

Rinse well with clean water after swimming to remove salt and sand.<\/p>\n

A little restorative treatment at the end of your stay and you should keep or even enhance your hair asset.<\/p>\n
