We are back from a very pleasant week.

Impeccable, clean, functional Premium Mendikoa mobile home.

Small intentions on the table when we arrived.

Clean, maintained campsite, health measures, gel, direction of traffic and wearing of masks in enclosed spaces respected.

Welcoming, pleasant and helpful staff at the various locations (thank you Emma (I hope I'm not mistaken)er of first name) at the swimming pool for the deckchair).

Week of 12/08 in a comfortable Ibardin bungalow for 4 people.

The campsite complex is great (swimming pool, children's games). The restaurant is also nice. In terms of evening entertainment, there are some improvements to be made, in our opinion it remains a little "lackluster". The staff was pleasant and friendly. Regarding our bBungalow, total disappointment: given the rates applied 1350 euros for a week for 4; The bungalow was really small (we have been to many campsites) with little storage either in the kitchen or in the bedrooms. Then the biggest point was the state of the bungalow: cobwebs on the ceiling, on the chandelier, dust in some places, fridge not clean and shower also, kitchen blind really very dirty (grease, drips, dust ...). Traces of grease drips in the kitchen too. The doors of the bedrooms, the toilets are also dirty around the handles there was the grime of the whole season, duvets not clean either. It is really regrettable to see this. Cleaning should not be limited to sweeping, scrubbing the floors and disinfecting the toilets and the bathroom. The photos of bungalow ibardin are indeed really non-contractual!! we know it but there ...

no mosquito nets on the windows or sliding blinds, only the interior curtain.

We had an excellent stay at Oyam campsite. We received a very warm welcome. Thanks to the app, the instructions for finding the campsite and throughout our stay were very clear. The mobile home was spotlessly clean, the kitchen very well equipped, the beds comfortable, and we had plenty of space for The two of us. Very pleasant and friendly reception staff. We had a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

Swimming pool very good, chalet very good, nothing to say and the reception staff very friendly, we had a great two weeks 👍
