We are back from a very pleasant week.

Impeccable, clean, functional Premium Mendikoa mobile home.

Small intentions on the table when we arrived.

Clean, maintained campsite, health measures, gel, direction of traffic and wearing of masks in enclosed spaces respected.

A favorite campsite, every year we go on a 1-week family vacation to discover a new region and therefore a new campsite.

Honestly this is the best campsite, water park and slides kids can have.

This is the first time we have enjoyed the aquatic area for hours and hours, the solarium (plenty of deckchairs available, a big plus👍)

We had apartment number 8 on the ground floor with parking space.

In 2 years, or at most 3 years, we will be back, one thing is certain...

Negative points: Too much overcrowding. The terrace of our mobile home directly overlooked the bedroom of the neighboring mobile home. It's a shame the border hedge isn't higher.

Little equipment in the mobile home, no toaster or kettle. The bedding in the double bed is very poor quality: lower back pain after 2 daysbears.Show more

As for entertainment, there is no place to listen to the concert in peace, you have to sit on the steps of the terrace or drink at the bar.

Positive points: location of the campsite, free shuttle to go to the beach and to the center of Bidart. Bidart is well served by bus to go to Biarritz or Bayonne. Friendly and smiling staff.

Convenient and quality takeaway catering service

Overall, a nice campsite. Well located, close to the center of Bidart and the beaches.

The pool is nice, but there are no parasols as there are no shaded areas.

Nice mobile home but a big lack of equipment (really few dishes, no dishwasher, no deckchairs, difficult to park on our location because there was no space, it must have been the only one where we couldn't park).Show more

The entire staff was undertrained and perhaps too young. We would have liked a slightly more welcoming staff.

Otherwise the evening entertainment was quite nice.

A major drawback is the noise in the evenings. Many young people would gather near the toilets in the evening and make noise until very late. Several complaints were reported, but the campsite did little to address them.

So overall the campsite is nice, quite a few improvements to be made.
