Kitchen assistant

The Oyam Café, restaurant of the Oyam campsite (4**** campsite) in Bidart on the Basque Coast, offers 1 commis position.
We propose as a challenge to make a restaurant live whose pool of potential customers is on site. In fact, the strategic choices for the restaurant arise from the management team of the campsite that will have to be followed.
We offer a long seasonal contract (May to the end of August).
Under the authority of the Head Chef, you will participate in respecting hygiene standards, maintaining the quality of our menu through your rigor and enthusiasm, supported daily by our colleagues who come to help throughout the season to cope with the crowds.

Job description

Mastery of cold and hot starters, meat and fish dishes
Experience in making pizza dough
Pastry experience
Mastery of HACCP procedures
